Memorial

This page is dedicated to the animals who’ve left pawprints, whisker traces, and heart marks on our lives.

As dog walkers, we mostly spend our days with pups, but the truth is we meet whole families. We meet the cats who supervise from the windowsill, the pets who greet us at the door, the seniors who stroll to say hello, and the humans who trust us with their most precious companions. Each one becomes part of our story.

We are grateful for every tail wag, every nose boop, every head tilt, every hello from the cat we saw on our way in, and every quiet moment shared in passing. These animals were not just clients; they were characters, personalities, teachers, and family in all the ways that matter.

Some joined us on trails, beaches, and forest adventures. Others stayed home but still made our day brighter just by being there. All of them offered something unforgettable: joy, chaos, comedy, comfort, and love in their own unique ways. And the lessons they leave behind stay with us: patience, presence, kindness, and appreciation for the small things.

We also honour the humans within our Douglas Fur community who are no longer with us. Their warmth, trust, and connection shaped our journey just as deeply. We remember their love for their pets, their stories, and their spirit.

To every soul — furry, whiskered, muddy pawed, or human — who shared a piece of their life with us: Thank you. You mattered. You are remembered.

Rest easy, friends, two legged and four. Forever loved. Forever in our hearts.
